             qui consiste à s'appuyer sur la réputation socialement              affirmée d'une autre personne, d'un auteur, d'un spécialiste              pour conforter sa propre argumentation. En lui-même, cet argument              est légitime. Seule sa dérive est condamnable. Cependant,              il ne peut rivaliser avec un argument d'ordre logique ; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="txt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;l'argument d'analogie &lt;/span&gt;consiste, dans une situation donnée,              à rechercher l'accord de l'auditoire sur la base d'un consentement              obtenu antérieurement dans une situation jugée similaire.              L'argument d'analogie est recevable si la ressemblance est effective ;              dans le cas inverse, il est spécieux ; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="txt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;l'argument de cadrage&lt;/span&gt; consiste à proposer une              délimitation de la thèse défendue qui majore              certains aspects et en minore d'autres, dans un contexte où              aucune description objective n'a de sens ;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="txt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; l'argument de communauté&lt;/span&gt; consiste à appuyer              son
